If you are looking for slick sales people who will throw internet buzz words at you, upsell their services and charge you exhorbitant fees for the smallest of tasks, then you should go somewhere else, because that isn't what I offer. All I offer beautiful websites with personalised service.
I am Téa Brennan, and I manage LinkArtist Multimedia. I am passionate about Web Design, and it shows in every site that I create. I am friendly, personable, and yes, I often blog about naughty things on my business site! See, I am not all that caught up in how I appear -- I want you hire me because you know who I am, and for the service I offer. I am all about making people feel at ease and not throwing corporate slogans and glossy veneers at potential customers. I am a designer. I wear ugg boots and my office is unnervingly full of empty Pepsi Max cans and coffee cups. And that's just the way it is. My strength lies in the fact that I am not just a web designer or developer with over 10 years of experience. I have a past life as a public servant and spent the first years of adulthood studying Politics and writing government policy. I have basically thrown away 8 years of University and a great deal of my social life because, quite simply, this is what I love to do. Its also why I have a tendency to be "bigger picture" about the web -- because of where I come from. I am many different things to different people. For some, I am their Designer. For others, I am a Programmer. For others still, I am a Flash developer or Illustrator. This partially explains why I drink far too much coffee and don't get enough sleep. But I love it. I am easygoing and generally easy to work with. Sometimes, I am too nice, and I hate asking for money. That's Jason's job now and I am glad to be rid of it! I value honesty, and if you can make me laugh I will be your friend forever. If you are looking for something different in your web designer, then I may very well be it. But not, you know, weird different. Good different. Refreshing different. Like Lemon Squash. I want to make the process as easy as possible.
